Our Injury Bulletins are free to download to assist you with understanding your injury and help you recover. Our Injury Bulletins are able to be printed at home or in the medical clinic with your doctor. Can’t find your injury? Please check back with us frequently as new injuries are added to our ever expanding library regularly as well as updates to our existing information as part of our research and development programs.
Injury bulletins are provided to our patients normally during consultation with their treating physiotherapist or physician to educate about a particular injury and the usual rehabilitation solution.
Included in each bulletin:
- A basic description of the anatomy involved (eg. Muscle, ligament, tendon, joint etc.)
- Causes of injury Signs and symptoms
- Prognosis (including approximate timeframes for recovery)
- Usual treatment required Prevention.
