LUMBAR DISC INJURY
This Recovery Guide is suitable when a lower back disc injury has been diagnosed by your doctor or allied health professional. The 32 page colour guide is progressive in nature to gradually improve pelvic and lower back range of movement, deep abdominal (transverse abdominis) activation and core strength.
These exercises are prescribed regularly by physiotherapists to assist patients to overcome the acute pain associated with a disc injury. This program will also improve core strength to enable a safe return to work, sport and leisure activities.
