RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Rehabonthenet.com ™ is owned and operated by Recovery Guides P/L Australia. Rehabonthenet.com ™ is operated globally on a subscription basis and therefore does not offer any refunds once a subscription is completed and information is viewed in the Members Area. By completing the online subscription, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please see “Terms and Conditions” for further information.
For Australian residents, who purchase hard copy booklets, DVD’s or other exercise equipment from the online store, a limited refund policy applies. We will only refund or exchange goods, if they are in re-saleable condition and you have your original proof of purchase from the Rehabonthenet.com Online Store. Rehabonthenet.com will only refund or exchange goods that are faulty, mis-bound, or shipped in error with proof of purchase. Rehabonthenet.com will not provide a refund after 7 days following delivery or where sufficient time has elapsed that customers have commenced an exercise protocol contained within a Recovery Guide. Booklets, DVDs and other items shipped sealed or shrink-wrapped must be returned in original sealed / shrink-wrapped condition if you are requesting a refund. Recovery Guides will not grant a change-of-mind refund unless specifically granted by the Rehabonthenet.com ™ refund department following an application or by contacting us.
Please also note that Rehabonthenet.com ™ may update new Recovery guide editions (ebooks and Booklets), alter a book's cover or change the described contents. In such cases, if you are unhappy with the book supplied please contact us so we can assist you promptly. All ebooks, video’s and information on the website are subject to change without notice in keeping with our continual research and development programs. These changes are to provide continual improvement to your injury rehabilitation and no warranty is provided against removal of out dated information.
Online booklet, DVD or equipment purchases by Australian residents may be returned to Recovery Guides PO Box 569 Palm Beach QLD Australia 4221. The cost of returning any product to Recovery Guides is your responsibility. In the event we have made a mistake, the item is not as described, or the product is mis-bound or faulty we will refund reasonable return freight costs.
We will make every effort to process items returned to Recovery Guides P/L within 30 business days of receipt at our office. Please note any credit to your card account may not appear on your credit card statement until a future billing cycle, depending upon your card issuer's procedures.
